You must agree to these terms for the University of Brighton Trading Company Limited trading as ChangeableBooks™ to provide you with facilities to select, personalise and arrange printing of a book. No other use of this website is authorised.

The only occasions on which we will contact you via the email address you supply are:

1 Quality of supplied products

Responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the content of books made available through this website resides with the authors of that book Responsibility for the physical quality of printed books obtained through this site resides with the printing company, Lulu.com that you independently make an agreement with when you order printing.

2 Availability

Whilst we will endeavour to maintain availability of our web site and the services it supports, we may restrict access or terminate availability without notice. Whilst we will endeavour to preserve your work in progress (personalised versions of our books) we accept no responsibility for its loss, how ever it is caused.

3 Copyright

You assign copyright in the text and/or images that you supply in the process of personalising a book on this site to us. We permit you to make printed copies of our personalised books incorporating your text and/or images by means of your separate arrangement with the printing company Lulu.com only. Copyright in the content of the resulting printed books remains with us. The book copies are for your personal use only You may not modify, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, except as provided in these Terms.
